Yes. When you shop online at Lovemybody, you can choose to pick up your order for free from the nearest Lovemybody store.

Once your order arrives at the store, we will notify you via SMS and e-mail. You can collect your order within 7 days after receiving the notification.

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.), the return/exchange policy of the respective platform applies. For such cases, please contact the customer service team of the relevant marketplace. Products without a security seal will be subject to inspection by our quality control team. You will be informed of the result via SMS.

Once your order cancellation is complete, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the canceled items. Your refund will be processed according to your payment method, and you will be notified by email. Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds may take 1 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

To ensure your order from Lovemybody.com.tr is delivered to your address accurately and on time, please make sure your delivery and billing addresses are entered correctly. Once the invoice is issued, the billing address cannot be changed. Therefore, please confirm the accuracy of your billing information before completing your order. All shipments are delivered directly to the address and recipient specified — no deliveries are made to cargo branch offices.

You can cancel your order if it has been confirmed but not yet invoiced. In this case, your payment will be refunded upon cancellation. Once your order status changes to "Preparing", cancellation is no longer possible.

Yes, all prices listed on Lovemybody.com.tr and in our stores include VAT.

Any promotions or personalized discounts assigned to your account will be automatically applied at checkout. If you have a campaign code, you can enter it in the “Add Discount Code” field to apply it before completing your payment.

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days. Please note: During sale periods, due to high demand, shipping times may vary.

You can track your shipment by visiting the "My Orders" page and clicking on the "Track Shipment" link for the relevant order. You will also receive updates via email and SMS once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, delivery address changes cannot be made.

Shipping is free for orders of 1,750 TL or more placed on Lovemybody.com.tr.

For orders below 1,750 TL, the shipping fee is 59.99 TL.

If you choose to return your order via DHL Cargo, which is our contracted courier, no return shipping fee will be charged.

Yes, you can return online purchases at any Lovemybody store that is not a franchise within 30 days.

You can return unused and unaltered products purchased from any Lovemybody retail store within 30 days from the purchase date at any Lovemybody retail store. For products purchased from franchise stores, returns must be made only at the store where the item was purchased, within 30 days.

Gifted products can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date at any Lovemybody store. You must present the Gift Exchange Card during the exchange.

If your original payment was made in installments, the refund will also be processed in installments to your card. This process depends on your bank’s policies. You can see the refund on your card statement or contact your bank for more details.

Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, they are reviewed for compliance with the return conditions. If the return is approved, you’ll be notified via email. The refund process duration depends on your bank and may vary.

If the item was purchased from our online store, return/exchange conditions are as follows: You can return the product with its invoice to any of our non-franchise stores, or send it free of charge via our contracted couriers to our head office. Returns sent via non-contracted couriers will not be accepted. Exchanges must be made within 30 days, and the item must be unused, unaltered, and with the security seal intact, through our physical stores. Gift cards purchased from our physical stores cannot be used for purchases on Lovemybody.com.tr.

Love Card is a point and segment-based loyalty program with 3 different membership tiers. Based on your current segment, you can earn higher points on your purchases and enjoy exclusive gifts and special privileges designed just for you.

Love Card members earn points at different rates depending on their card tier and type of purchase:

For Full-Priced (Season) Items:

• Classic members: %2

• Silver members: %4

• Gold members: %6

For Discounted Items and Outlet Store Purchases:

All tiers earn points at a 1% rate.

You can redeem the points accumulated on your Love Card during your next Lovemybody purchases.

• 1 point = 1 TL (Turkish Lira)

• Points can be used for up to 50% of your total purchase amount

• On special campaign days, exclusive offers may be available to help you get more value from your points

You can check your accumulated points via the “My Account” section on Lovemybody.com.tr or by visiting any Lovemybody store.

Your Love Card tier is determined based on your total spending over the past 365 days:

• Classic: 0 – 19.999 TL

• Silver: 20.000 TL – 59.999 TL

• Gold: 60.000 TL ve üzeri

Your tier is automatically updated after your purchase based on the spending thresholds listed above.

Points earned with your Private Card are valid until the end of the calendar year in which they were earned. Unused points will expire at year-end. Depending on your total spending, you may move up or down between segments.

You can update your mobile phone number by clicking the "My Profile" tab under the "My Personal Information" section. To change your email address, please contact our Customer Service team. To cancel your membership, you can reach out to our call center. Our call center is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 at 0850 215 43 75.

Click on the “Forgot Password” section on the login screen. On the pop-up screen, enter your registered email address and send the password reset link. Once you click the link sent to your email and update your password, your process will be complete.
