Yes. When you shop online at Lovemybody, you can choose to pick up your order for free from the nearest Lovemybody store.

Once your order arrives at the store, we will notify you via SMS and e-mail. You can collect your order within 7 days after receiving the notification.

If the item was purchased from our online store, return/exchange conditions are as follows: You can return the product with its invoice to any of our non-franchise stores, or send it free of charge via our contracted couriers to our head office. Returns sent via non-contracted couriers will not be accepted. Exchanges must be made within 30 days, and the item must be unused, unaltered, and with the security seal intact, through our physical stores.

 

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.), the return/exchange policy of the respective platform applies. For such cases, please contact the customer service team of the relevant marketplace. Products without a security seal will be subject to inspection by our quality control team. You will be informed of the result via SMS.

Gifted products can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date at any Lovemybody store. You must present the Gift Exchange Card during the exchange.

Love Card is a point and segment-based loyalty program with 3 different membership tiers. Based on your current segment, you can earn higher points on your purchases and enjoy exclusive gifts and special privileges designed just for you.

Love Card members earn points at different rates depending on their card tier and type of purchase:

For Full-Priced (Season) Items:

• Classic members: %2

• Silver members: %4

• Gold members: %6

For Discounted Items and Outlet Store Purchases:

All tiers earn points at a 1% rate.

You can redeem the points accumulated on your Love Card during your next Lovemybody purchases.

• 1 point = 1 TL (Turkish Lira)

• Points can be used for up to 50% of your total purchase amount

Your Love Card tier is determined based on your total spending over the past 365 days:

• Classic: 0 – 19.999 TL

• Silver: 20.000 TL – 59.999 TL

• Gold: 60.000 TL ve üzeri

Your tier is automatically updated after your purchase based on the spending thresholds listed above.

Points earned with your Private Card are valid until the end of the calendar year in which they were earned. Unused points will expire at year-end. Depending on your total spending, you may move up or down between segments.
